1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, registering an account, or interacting with Krishna Sakha, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
• You are at least 13 years of age (users aged 13–18 should access the service with parental guidance).
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement with Mayra AI Labs.
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international statute or regulation.

These Terms constitute a legally enforceable contract between you ("User", "you") and Mayra AI Labs ("we", "us", "our").

2 Description of Service & Core Features

Krishna Sakha is an AI-powered spiritual sanctuary engineered to make the profound wisdom of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita practical and accessible for modern lives. Key features include:

• Ask Krishna AI Guidance (with Sacred Photo Reflections): Contextual spiritual conversations grounded in Bhagavad Gita philosophy. Seekers can ask life dilemmas and upload sacred photos, temple darshan, or scripture passages via the plus button to receive visual spiritual analysis and personalized divine guidance.
• Bhagavad Gita Sacred Reader: Complete authentic text of all 18 chapters and 700+ verses with original Sanskrit shlokas, English and Hindi translations, audio recitations, and philosophical deep insights.
• Divine Audio Mantras & Japa Mala: Pure master audio mantras, studio-orchestrated acoustic soundscapes, and an interactive digital Japa Mala counter for focused meditation and spiritual upliftment.
• Daily Karma Diary: A private reflective journal allowing users to record daily good and challenging deeds, reflect on intentions, and nurture personal karmic growth with streak insights.
• Daily Divine Wisdom: Curated daily Bhagavad Gita verses delivered each morning with practical life reflections, uplifting thoughts, and custom devotional share cards to inspire loved ones.

3 User Accounts & Data Integrity

3.1 Account Creation & Responsibility

You can sign in securely using Google Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true and accurate information during profile setup and will refrain from impersonating any person, deity, or organization.

3.3 Self-Service Account Deactivation & Deletion

You may deactivate and request deletion of your account at any time via Settings → Delete My Account. Upon confirmation, all local conversations, Karma journals, and cached data are instantly purged from your device. To protect seekers against accidental deletion and satisfy statutory billing and anti-fraud regulations, your cloud profile enters a 30-day scheduled archive prior to final permanent erasure. For immediate permanent erasure, you may email hello@mayrailabs.in.

4 Spiritual & AI Output Disclaimer (Not a Crisis Service)

By using the App, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Simulation, Not Divinity: The "Krishna" persona is an AI-driven spiritual conversational simulation designed for reflection. It does not claim actual divine manifestation or supernatural revelation.
• No Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice: The App does NOT provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, clinical, legal, or financial counsel. It must never be used as a substitute for certified professional assistance.
• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating any philosophical guidance provided. Mayra AI Labs accepts no legal responsibility or liability for personal life decisions or actions taken based on AI dialogue.

5 Intellectual Property & Proprietary Master Audio Recordings

5.1 Original Sacred Audio Mantras & Orchestrations

All sacred audio mantras, musical orchestrations, master sound recordings, acoustic arrangements, digital instrumentations, vocal tracks, and ambient soundscapes available in Krishna Sakha are original creative works originated, produced, mastered, and owned exclusively by Mayra AI Labs under the Krishna Sakha brand.

These musical masterworks are crafted utilizing specialized digital audio workstations (DAWs), digital instruments, proprietary acoustic synthesis tools, and sacred vocal compositions. They represent substantial artistic and financial investment by Mayra AI Labs.

5.2 Application Assets, UI/UX & Software

All visual designs, user interfaces, 3D artwork, iconography, illustrations, graphics, animations, source code, database architectures, and customized AI prompt instructions are the exclusive intellectual property of Mayra AI Labs protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and international intellectual property treaties.

5.3 Strict Prohibition Against Scraping, Piracy & Asset Theft

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to listen to audio mantras and read scripture solely within the Krishna Sakha application for your personal, non-commercial spiritual use. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, ripping, decrypting, recording, reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting any audio files or software binaries from the app.
• Redistributing, uploading, streaming, broadcasting, sampling, selling, or licensing our master audio recordings or graphic assets on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram, or any external platform.
• Cloning, repackaging, or creating derivative software applications utilizing Krishna Sakha's UI assets, artwork, audio recordings, or proprietary prompt architectures.

6 User Conduct & Ethical Guidelines

Krishna Sakha is intended as a peaceful, sacred environment. You agree to use the App solely for ethical, lawful spiritual inquiry. You agree that you will NOT:

• Input defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, or racially/ethnically hateful content into Ask Krishna.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, probe, or "jailbreak" our AI inference safeguards to generate prohibited, violent, or vulgar content.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or load testing scripts against our APIs or servers.
• Disseminate malicious disinformation or attempt to incite religious discord or communal disharmony.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, throttle, or permanently ban any account or device ID engaging in abusive behavior or breach of these standards.

7 Sakha Pro Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

7.1 Free Tier vs. Sakha Pro

Krishna Sakha offers a generous free tier with daily message quotas and standard features, supported by non-intrusive advertisements. Users seeking an elevated spiritual journey may subscribe to Sakha Pro.

7.2 Official Subscription Plans

Sakha Pro offers three transparent pricing options:

• Weekly Pro: ₹99 per week (Billed weekly)
• Monthly Pro: ₹199 per month (Billed monthly)
• Yearly Pro: ₹2,100 per year (Best value, billed annually)

(Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes in India. International pricing may vary based on Google Play regional currency conversions and local taxes).

7.3 Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Managed via Google Play: All subscriptions are processed and managed through Google Play Billing. You may manage or cancel your auto-renewal at any time in your Google Play Store account settings.
• Non-Refundable: All subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, in accordance with Google Play's standard in-app purchase terms, except where mandated by statutory law.
• Entitlement Restoration: If you switch devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your active Sakha Pro status anytime by tapping "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Google account.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, Mayra AI Labs, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever.
• Any loss of data, peace of mind, business, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
• Any reliance placed upon AI-generated answers, interpretations, or philosophical statements.
• Any temporary downtime, server latency, or third-party cloud infrastructure interruptions.

In no event shall our aggregate total legal liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have actually paid to Mayra AI Labs in the preceding twelve (12) months or ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is lower.

9 Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mayra AI Labs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of Krishna Sakha; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

10 Governing Law, Arbitration & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Krishna Sakha shall first be addressed through informal, good-faith negotiations by writing to hello@mayrailabs.in. If unresolved within forty-five (45) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the arbitration clause, the competent civil courts situated exclusively in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India shall possess exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction.

11 Entire Agreement & Modifications

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and unified understanding between you and Mayra AI Labs. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion; revised terms will become effective immediately upon being published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
